Hometown Plumbing offers professional and affordable plumbing services in Johnson City and beyond.
They asked Eldie to redesign their website for them because they had some issues with using their old one.
We built them a site with several pages that showcases their various plumbing services and the great customer service they offer.
From a content perspective, we balanced a neighborly tone with a professional one. We wanted anyone who had a plumbing issue in their home to know they aren’t alone and that a friendly and experienced team would be there quickly to fix it. Throughout each section of the website, we reiterated the theme of getting your home back in working order without breaking the bank.
For the design of the site, we used imagery of beautiful homes to show that Hometown could help get customers’ homes back in working order. It was also important for the Hometown team to display their 5-star testimonials, so we included a section near the top of the homepage for people to see their 200+ reviews. The site is very easy to navigate so that users can find the plumbing problem they’re facing and the ways in which Hometown can fix it.
