Do you do contracts?
No, we don’t do contracts because we want to earn your business every single month.
Do you vectorize logos?
Yes, you can bring us a sketch or concept you have made, and we can recreate it in illustrator.
Can you build me a one-page website?
Yes, however, it is not suggested. Check out our blog post on why we say you shouldn’t build a one-page site.
How much does a website cost?
A new website starts at $1,499. Take a look at our different packages on our web design page.
How long will it take to get a new website?
We usually expect 30 to 45 days from the time we get the first deposit. However, a lot of this is dependent on the client and how quickly you provide us with the content for your site.
Do you only create WordPress websites?
Yes. WordPress is very easy to use and is responsible for 30% of all websites that are on the internet.
Do I have to be local to work with you?
No, we have clients in California, Texas, Utah, and many more!
Will I be able to update my site myself when it is finished?
Yes, every web design package includes an hour-long training session to teach clients how to maintain the website.
Will you maintain my site for me?
Absolutely! We will maintain your website for an hourly rate, and you can buy credit hours in advance. Check out our maintenance page.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes, we build every website SEO ready, and this includes being mobile-optimized.
When do I pay?
There are two options when it comes to paying for your website. You can either set up an interest-free payment plan or you can pay 50% up-front, 25% after we develop the website, and the remaining 25% whenever we launch your site.
How much input do I have in the process?
Our process is to do a discovery meeting and put together a one-page client brief of all of your goals and visions for your website. Once you’ve agreed on this, we move forward with a statement of work and get started. Once we get so far in, we’ll send it to you for your first round of revisions. After we have made any desired changes within the work agreement, we will send it to you again for a second round of revisions. Very rarely, we will have clients request a third round of revisions; anything beyond that is charged as an hourly rate.
Where should my website be hosted?
It’s not required that you host with us to be a client. However, most of our clients do host with us on WP engine servers.
What if I need help on my website down the road?
We provide maintenance credit hours that are available for purchase. You can see what services we provide on our maintenance page.
