Here is a step-by-step guide to walk you through how to login to your Google My Business profile, generate the link, and then copy it. This will help you to get more Google reviews. 

Start by visiting Once you’re there, you will want to click the sign in button.

Once you have clicked sign in, make sure you are signed into the correct account. You will see a page that prompts you to add your business to Google.

This is not necessary since you already have an account, so you will want to get rid of everything in the URL bar except user number. This will already be in the URL bar, so you can simply delete everything after this. Once you do that and hit enter, you will see your locations page. If you have multiple locations, they will all show up there. You will want to click the one that you want to edit. Once you have done this, scroll down until you see a box that says Get more reviews. This box will be on the right. Click the button that says Share review form.

Once you have clicked on that button, your link will pop up in the middle of the screen.

Once you have your link, there are a few different places where you should put it. First and foremost, you definitely want to put your link on your website. Your visitors will easily be able to find it there. You will also want to provide a post-launch survey where you ask if people want to give you a 4- or 5-star review. If they answer yes, then you want to have the link displayed there. The next place you want to include your link is in a text or email asking your customers to give you a review. You may want to add the link with your signature in text and email. This will ensure one extra chance for people to see it.
